1979 Okuma LB-15 201-3 alarm-a error

I am working on the above machine with the following error code.
MDI operation
201-3 alarm-a servo amp X-axis 4802E6 It has a FANUC ac spindle unit type A06B-6044-H018
Can you experts point me in tne right direction to resolve this error?
