109 spindle drive unit error in okuma MC-4VA

recently I have got the 109 error on machine I rest the drive unit in machine cabin but again it will come and the machine stops .please help me

This is a generic spindle drive fault. If resetting the drive does not clear the fault, please refer to the spindle drive manual.
Post a photo of the drive with error condition LEDs and we might be able to help.

It gets the OL Alarm or OC alarm . I reset the drive and clear the fault but the machine gets the alarm more than 10 times in a day .

Unlikely to be the spindle encoder, you would normally get speed difference error on screen. But, see if you can change the spindle speed tolerance to 20% in the parameters, it may help.

These errors indicate overload or overcurrent of the drive power supply or transistors. Possibly drive fault or motor windings shorted.

Motor not shorted transistors are OK.
We changed some capacitors on spindle driver board now the only alarm is OC

OC usually means overcurrent. So indicates a short or transistor fault.

One time I had an Okuma motor fault where there was a motor connector insulator fault, the crack was between the two thermistor pins and the motor phase pins, power tracked and caused an OC fault and axis noise. Okuma supplied new motor plug and cable connectors, no fault after replacement.
