Put D as in dummy tool beside the L designated for this
Heavy tool is different again as it changes in one motion but slows tool changer --------Large emptyies the spindle and then brings the large tool in

Large emptyies the spindle and then brings the large tool in
hy Ishingleton that is basically what any tool change does

large requires the nearest pots to be empty, so between tool out from spindle, and new tool in, there is atc motion / kindly

I seem to remember that for large tools, the toolpots on either side need to be "dummy" pots.
If the adjacent pots were cleared, then, setting middle pot as large would set adjacent pots as dummies.

The same may required for "Heavy"
... note... this setting may not be available on your machine. Ones I operated, it did nothing

( if in a production type environ.)
I also remember there was a procedure that cleared the entire magazine, or was it setting pot1=tool1 etc... I can't recall
Someone else would have to chip in with that info.

Thank you all who replied. I was on the wrong page! There are two pages that are almost identical. They both list the pot and tool number. Only one of those pages will allow the tool to be changed.
