Okuma MX45VAE powercard E0451-521-094

Hi

I get problem to startup. I push start bottom then i need to whait 1-3 hours before machine will start. I mesure i get signal from relay to powercard. So the problem is the powercard. I search after circuut diagram on powercard E0451-521-094 rev E.
