LU15 / OSP7000L system diskette

hello friends.

7. diskette of our LU15 / OSP7000L machine gives read error.we checked the disk ,it is completely defected.
we couldn't reinstall the system,
disk image can be created with any floppy image utility

local okuma service gives 3 month for supply

I appreciate if someone has it and send me the image of 7. diskette.
