    Default Okuma LB15 110 ALARM-A SPU 1, LED 4 ACC fault

    Hello guys,
    Maybe anyone knows how to read error codes on SDU LED?
    We have 110 ALARM-A on the screen and SDU LED lit error 4 which is named ACC (accessories)? What it stands for?

    maybe "ACC" is for "acceleration" ?

    Could be true. But then what can cause this feil? It was coming randomly during pruction, sometimes very often, but then next day, then changed program to produce other part, it almost gone...

    Check guideways lubrication. What axis this drive unit is responsible for? Check the axis load. Maybe leveling is wrong and this causes the additional resistance ...

    Drive is for spindel motor. We got another PCB from same model. It is a bit different visually, but all conections and plugs is the same. Replaced it yesterday and all day was no error. Hope that was the cause. Maybe capasitors is dried because of age.
