Multus manual magazine mode

Hi all,
Just wondering about the following.
At the shop I work a multus u4000 with ops-300sa-h controller and recently my boss bought a second hand multus u4000 with an osp300s-h controller.
On one machine i can manualy rotate the magazine with the machinedoor (not the magazine door) open while on the other machine i first have to shut the door.
Been searching in all the parameters including bit parameters but could find what the difference is.
Beeing able to rotate te magazine without shutting the workspace door is preferable for me.
