Default Okuma LB15 tailstock advancing issue..

Any ideas I cannot got my tailstock to move out on my 1990s Okuma lb15 with the peddles. Don't know if there is a command to input or unlock. Petals, cord switches all check out it just doesn't advance. I reversed the switches and it moves out. I checked the original switch and it to works. Wondering is its possibly in the board? Maybe a fuse? If so can you pull the board to change the fuse without losing all data. I do not have a back up made or know how at this point. Help greatly appreciated.

Have you switched it on in parameter mode? Chucking work/ center work on the same page as your OD/ID chucking. SET to center work.

Experience is what you get just after you needed it.

Like I said go to Parameters. I think you only item down 1 page and you will see a diagram showing chucking and center pictures along with the registers for changing from OD to ID chucking and from Chucking work to Center work.

similar to this on the newer controls:

    M55 retract tailstock
    M56 advance
