hy, i had been through this, with a new machine, and, even if the wipers were slim, the big cost come from shipping, etc

i can't sugest a source close to you, but, if possible, dismount, clean and inspect them, then mount back, gently pressing them against the covers; if some wipers seem pretty weared, switch them with ones from others machine areas, because, most wear appears on the lower z- side, while others remain in shape for longer

newer machines have an extra sheet metal, designed to protect them from chips

i have installed also a coolant valve, right in the upper left corner, that always washes away the chips, and the 2nd valve right above the chuck; if your pump has enough pressure, you may 'fork/divide' you actual coolant hose

on big lathes, thus with big covers, wear and scratches can appear fast, because the covers are heavy, and so there will create uneven distances between them and the wipers; even if you replace them, sometimes the source of scratch is within the 'heavy' weigth/buckling of tall covers, that allows chips to enter, thus, a new set of wipers, may be subject to real fast wear

so, if you wish, dismount, clean, mount back, and check that, on the other side of the cabinet, the cover comes clean, without chips; from time to time, i inspect that area, and clean the swarf, but in most cases it is only dirty, not with big chips / kindly

my machine was so disgusting it had never seen any cleaning or maintenance but thankfully these ways are made of stainless so they're not too hard to clean.
i am missing some brass pieces apparently here is a photo

the reason i wanted to do this was the way cover that kept moving with the turret. it was very unusual and the stopper support i would later find out that holds those brass pieces was awfully bent.

    any experience with the CROWN?

hy if possible / if u wish to save a 'fortune', try some in house repair

even a semi-weared wiper can be reused, if it is re-installed corectly : i don't know about your model, but there may be some grooves, that allows the wiper to be moved on a perpendicular-to-cover-direction, then tighetened; like this, the more it wears, the more you can unscrew, gentle push it futher towards the cover, then screw it back

a full-weared wiper, is a one that lost his flex-nerve ... you know, just like a car whindshield wiper, it has that thin nerve on it, only that a cnc wiper does not has this nerve simetrically, but on one side; you could craft a new one, by starting with a prismatic plastic, cutting some grooves/holes inside it ( if there is no vmc, try a bench drilling machine ), then use a marker and a bench grinder (+ smooth hands ), in order to get those nerves/ribs; for full dimensions, i need to know the actual size of your wipers, but i hope you got the idea

one more hint : the longer the wiper, the more chance it has to loose contact with the cover; thus, replacing a longer wiper with shorter ones, requires suplimentary drilling along that part that holds the wiper

my machine was so disgusting it had never seen any cleaning or maintenance
i use to dismount the sheet cover from the left machine side, thus always being able to see the z-axis-cover and the spindle, and whatever else ... like this, is possible to see if any debris appears in that area, like chips passing through wipers, or through spindle

thankfully these ways are made of stainless so they're not too hard to clean
chips that pass through the wipers, will simply gather on the other side, so nothing extra here

but, one big issue, is with chips that will get stuck inside the wiper : they are able to cut relatively deep grooves inside the cover, thus opening a door for future damage

if your cover is not so smooth, try to use some gentle sand paper

after you put everything back, is possible to have vibrations between cover and wipers, because :
... cover surface is not smooth
... wipers are pusing too hard towards the cover ( they must push gentle, like not being forced towards the cover, but only making contact; maybe it sounds simple, but is the key to avoid vibrations )
... of a ~0.1 metal foil, that may be right in front of the wipers, designed to protect the wipers ( again, i don't know about your machine ); however, in time, this thin part may get cracked, and start to turn inside-out, and to trap chips; i have entirely removed it

if you use to rough turn a lot, and chips will gather inside the left corner of the machine, on the metal sheet that is above the wipers, their weight will put more stress on the wipers
