hy broby such a lathe should arrive soon ( ± ), and there is a simple, repetitive job, that will be moved to it

part is almost simetrical, now being faced + od + half id + cut, then flipped in order machine the other id half

i was thinking if it would be possible to machine, simultaneously, both id halfves / kindly

hello all i solved this 9 months ago

such a function is more used in the gang lathes enviroment, while okuma is missing a 2nd linear axis on the 2nd spindle, so this results in some limitations

even so, it works flawless for common simple parts, thus the extra mobility of a gang may not be required

please feel free to ask anything / kindly
