948 tfp field net communication error

I have a 7000 control that’s giving grief. Did some reading and lots mentioned it’s almost always fibre cables. They have all been changed, we have tried a new tfp board and fub as well. The code showing up next to the alarm message is 102FFFF. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
