    Default Okuma LC10 110 alarm A SDU

    Hello,

I have an Okuma LC10 2ST lathe with OSP5000L-G controller. When machine turns on appers 110 alarm A SDU in monitor. The machine has a SDU-600W spindle drive. The IF red led light is on. I checked the error in the maintainance manual, it says a Field loss alarm , then I check all fuses in the driver as manual suggests and all is OK. Do you have any idea what is happening with the spindle drive? What can I check?

    Yours Sincerely,

    Andres

First thing I'd do is check the connection cables and re-seat any chips that are not soldered in. Check for signs of damage as well while you are in there. From there, you'll need to start checking voltages on the drive to see if anything crops up. After that, seek professional drive help.

    Best regards,

Experience is what you get just after you needed it.
