Okuma OSP-U100L 0811 FCP IO-Link Übertragungsfehler

maybe someone can help me with my issue.
since serval days i got a ALARM-P Erro 0811

I used the manual to check this error

Error: 0811 FCP IO-Link Übertragungsfehler 12400001

WXYYZZZZ

W= 1 => Kanalnummer 1
X= 2 => HSCC-Initalieserungsfehler
YY = 40 => Bit auflösung ( Paritätsfehler, Formatfehler)
ZZZZ = 0001

one fibre cable was damaged before (cabinet to frontpanel) and so i change it. Doesnt work!
I change the OPUS7000 FUB-DR3 card with a similar machine. But now both machines are out of order with this error.
Did i erase the controller by exchanging?

i have the same exact control and Okuma Alarm-A 1771 Door open/close limit switch NG alarm
anyone know how to clear this? my machine was robot operator and pneumatic door
