    Dif over means that commanded position and actual position difference have become too great. This is caused by mechanical jam, encoder detachment or fault, drive unit feedback or fault.

    Check your position page and move the axis slowly watching load values. If load climbs as you start to move then it is most likely a jam. If feedback is erratic the the encoder could be an issue.

    In my vast experience with this issue it is a drive 99% of the time if the load jumps rapidly while using the pulse handle 1 click
