Default Chamfer callout, need help with math?

Fusion 360 is my CAD. The question, when chamfering something per a call out of (0.13 x 45 Chamfer), see attached image for this call out,,,,, is that the distance down, and distance over? (see attached image). Or is it the slant distance? Gosh, something so simple is now making my head hurt. What is the correct answer per ISO? FYI the vertical dimension (2) in the pic is 0.13,,,,,,, the slant distance or down the face of the chamfer is 0.1838.. Now I feel silly, "Break all edges by 0.010". Been doing it for 2 years and had no idea what I was really doing. Any help would be appreciated.

chamfer size is defined on the distance from the intersection point to the point the angle is indicated on the drawing.... never the hypotenuse.
so a 45° doesn't matter, as Adjacent length = Opposite length.... your drawing spec is NOT face width

some clients have their own interpretation of how their drawings are to be read... ie the breakedge spec if done too large can make the part/chamfer out-of-spec.

So take care to understand ALL items placed on the entire drawing.
