    Hey, i have a question. How switch on/off adjust option in service menu on Okuma mu 5000v. Tnx

    hy, i hope i got it right : auto \ display change \ change mode (plc control mode), use pass CHGCOND, select ' running or adjust ' , cycle the power

    why do you need to do this ? kindly

    Because for some reason this option is on and the green display annoys me. Haha I want to turn it off. Tnx man

    hy, i forgot to tell you something, that may seem a bit weird : the blink of the "adjust" may annoy you only if the frequency ( or visual impact ) of the blink is higher then the frequency ( or power ) of your thoughts related to machining

    you may have a high frequency thought that is not related to machining, but to a stress factor, and in that case, you will feel the need to turn-off the adjust blink ( it won't solve your problem )

    in other words : get experience with the machine ( or whatever you like ), and try not to give a **** about the blink / kindly

    ps : with the blink on, you may force mask signals, in order to create a signal map check, so to be sure that the machine is being used like it should ( check if coolant is on, feed override between 90-110%, dry run off, chuck is clamped, etc )

    The information you shared is extremely helpful to me. however i wonder what if the blinking lasts longer with higher frequency what will happen?
