Default OKUMA OPS Control Force I.O

Can any one help me to show How can I turn on the function for force l input and output signal for OSP control ?

I read the manual book. To force the signal the OSP control should be change to Adjustment mode. But I do not know how to change to adjustment mode.

I notice the have a function for " Change PLC Mode ", this need a password? Did PLC for OSP control have any default password ?

    Thank you.

hy honghaivib, pls check attached for osp300; watch in order 01 02 03 04 and 05; don't forget to cycle the power ( off and back on ) after 03

if i may, what signal do you wish to mix-in-the-mix, and why ?

1st time when i read the title of your post, i believed that you wish to control the torque limit, thus the output force : somehow, that's also possible kindly

ps : sorry 4 the delay, i was dirty ...

    Thank you DeadlyKitten !

So the password I can use is : CHGCOND? It can apply for all machine with OSP control?

my factory have a lot of Okuma machine with OSP control. Some time I would like to turn on or off some input or output for troubleshooting. Example I turn on the signal to the valve to test the valve working or not.

    Thank Deadlykitten !

I already test the cnc okuma machine with the password you gave me. I work for type of OSP control in my factory.
Some time I test the coolant pump, some time I test hydraulic valve for chuck clamp and unclamp....

Do you know how to force input and output signal of CNC machine with Sinumerik control ? It need password too

hy, i thought that you have extra-valves, controlling some custom automation; so far i had no problems with the default valves

no clue about sinumerik ... try to contact the dealer ? sinumerik forum ? or be a hacker / kindly

ps : use the force, honghaivib !
