Try to work a stiff thin blade under the edge and work it out.
hy giant clearance is pretty small, <0.5mm, and whatever would fit in there, is flexibile; i thought to force it a bit by using a 'sharp' screwdriver, but this raised the part a bit, and tilted it; so i tried to use 2 screwdrivers, one on each side, using gentle force, but nothing happened

That or maybe take a rubber nozzle tipped air gun and shoot down the center hole
i tried also this, also i tried to tighten the screw to the max depth, believing that this will raise the part, but it did not work, because the center hole is blind

If the center bolt will come out, a slide hammer should work.
hy footpetaljones, i google that, and i have improvised one, by using a long M6 screw, a M8 nut, and a heavy little thing; it worked, thanks

when i tried to put it back, even without the o-ring, it was a bit of resistance, because the air had no place to go out; maybe i will make a through hole in it, i don't know, is ok for now / kindly
