Default Coolant in tool changer oil - GENOS 560 V

The tool changer gearbox oil is being contaminated by coolant. Have replaced the O ring around the plug on the side facing the spindle. Coolant is still getting in. Okuma say they have not seen it before and can offer no suggestion.
    Anyone here seen it before?
