    Default SVC-A board

    Hello,

My LS30N keeps damaging every SVC-A board I try (3 in total) after some time.
I have even replaced complete the drive together with SVC-A board (E4809-770-015-D).
    Can I replace SVC-A board E4809-770-015-D with E4809-770-015-B?
Is there any schematic available for this board?
Should I check the motor? It is a BL-50E-20T.

    Thanks
    Michael

I think I had this happen with several boards getting killed on a couple Cadet V4020 OSP 5200s.

I had to send the damaged servo amps and motor to be repaired on request of the Hartwig tech. He said that he had only seen it a few times where a motor that otherwise shows good megger results and doesn't really have a problem with demagnetism will damage servo amps and those amps can in turn damage another motor. I sent the drives and motors to a third party repair shop. Naturally you'll have to reset the home offset after reinstallation for the axis because you're un-mounting a servo from the ballscrew.
