Hi, having big Trouble with a Okuma OPS700M System,

It shows a CPU-Alarm Bus Error (System Bus)

Bus Error Status(sber, sbpar, cyo, 0, prt, dia, lop, ecc) = 80

SSW= 0165 ACCESS ADRESS = FC03DB30

D0=00000000, D1=E03E0000 ................

can someone please help me with this Fault?
which Board is Affected meaning ADRESS = FC03DB30 ?
