This is a problem with the Initialization of the bubble memory on power up; resolved almost always by either changing the bubble memory or the main board. If bubble memory, you will need your control software, and the replacement bubble (actually, you would want to replace it with CMOS),will have to be initialized prior to installing software. We can probably help you with the CMOS card (or the main board if that is the issue), but as for software, that would be through Okuma (also, most likely you don't have a floppy drive on that machine, so you would need Okuma to come out anyway to bring that and the initialization utility disk).
