LB15ii OSP7000L Error 312 disk uninitialized

I have windows 7 and I need to format the disk in OSP format?

I found the "MS-DOS" on the machine aswell and where able to get access to the floppy disk files, but unable to copy anything...

I have looked through the books we have and they are only IGF manuals basicly., does anyone have any user guides for using the MS-DOS functions on an OSP7000L?
