Alarm 110 sdu 1, Okuma lb15

I have 3 Okuma lb15 lathes, On one I have the alarm 110 sdu 1, and everywhere I fount it says bad sprindle drive so I swapped spindle drives from working machine and still nothing, I give a spindle command and it starts to turn then alarms out, I have even changed spindle motors still same alarm, any info will help

When you get the alarm, what LEDs are on the spindle drive?
