Default ATC arm Position on OKUMA MC V-4020

Hi everyone. My OKUMA MCV4020 had an ATC arm crash. The problem was a holder in reverse position. So the arm lost the original position to grab the holder. Now the MCV4020 is throwing down my tools. Someone on OKUMA AMERICA, tell me there was a proccedure for reset te correct position of the arm with the pulse handle. But They cannot give me instructions by phone line or mail. I am far away from Charlotte, NC USA. So, can somebody help me with this problem?
Anyone knows this procedure on OSP-200???

    I´ll be really grateful..

    Thanks
