hi hanermo thx for your sugestions

tumbler : if the burr is tough, the tumbler won't remove it, and i preffer to deburr it inside the lathe; also there is the search&rescue for finding the parts inside the tumbler
abrasive wheel : i guess inside a live tool holder ?
nsk spindle and carbide burr : what is an nsk spindle ? this : Electric Spindles
rounding endmill : i don't know, using a live tool perpendicular on the S axis may lead to downtime; i am thinking of using the S axis
3c/scoth type : something like this ? Cloth mounted flap wheels - 3c Abrasivi

so far i have received quotes for the things attached; i hope that they will deliver ?! i like them because they have elastic behaviour, thus if the dimensions will shift ( diameter tolerance is 0.3 .. 0.5 ), then those should not fail ( like an abrasive / rigid wheel )

    ki n dly
