Hello, i downloaded everything from that link. I can not open chm files, and those 2 archives contain files that i guess i must copy on the machine, somewhere ...

Can i install THINC-API if i copy those archives content ?

You can download SCOUT on Okuma App Store and run it on the target machines to verify which version of THINC-API can be installed.

I think it can not detect which THINC-API version i need ...
