    Default OKUMA system bus error (SBER)

    hi,every one. my okuma controller cant work and give a SBER alarm. The red led is light. The following information is display on the screen . Could someone can give me adivce about it ? the"access address=DE000004", indicate which board? the "UCMB2+F" OR "FWMB2" OR "FCP4"? OR MEMERY CARD? thanks very much for your help!

    from access address DE000004. part faulty is SC card on UCMB.

    thanks for your help, usamah.
    but,there is no SC card on my UCMB2+F board. there are two cards on it, one is sram+flash card ,another is FDC card.

    and what function is SC card perform? or,in other words ,SC , MEAN which two WORDS ?

    sorry if my word not clear.I mean SC is sram card,on older UCMB there are 3 card:sram card,dram card and flash memory card..I think card faulty at your machine is sram+flash card,.but I forget there is need to reinstall software or not if we want to replace that part..sorry.

    when i rewelded the flash devices on the SC card. the problem chang to the new status :

    1-3 cpu alarm bus error (cyo error)
    bus error status =20
    SSW=074D ACCESS ADRESS=DD7EFFF2 ,

    so, i dont know this problem is of a hardware or a software ,

    usamah, are you on line?
    did you know the where is the problem,the alarm information is "SSw=074D ACCESS ADDRESS=DE100000" ?

    If I saw my table, access address DE000004 and DE100000 means Sram card on UCMB faulty.but for DD7EFFF2,it mean UCMB faulty..

    i have similar this error in osp7000:

    1-1 cpu-alarm bus error (system bus)
    bus error status (SBER,SBPAR,CYO,O,PRT,DIA,LOP,ECC)=80
    SSW=0145 ACCESS ADDRESS=DE000000

    anybody can help me?

    Can anyone help me with my Okuma LT10-M, OSP U100-L control.

    I have similar alarm.

    1-3 CPU-ALARM BUS ERROR (CYCLE OVER)
    BUS ERROR STATUS (SBER, SBPAR, CYO, 0, PRT, DIA, LOP, ECC)=20
    SSW=072D ACCESS ADDRESS=FC000000
    D0=00000700 D1=000000000 D2=00000000 D3=FC000000
    etc.

    I supose I have problem with some of the cards, but don't know which one...

    I hope for your quick response.

    Hi,

    Did you ever find out what caused this? We have similar problem with OSP700M control.

    Hi, this is exactly my problem with turning on the sber error light. Has this problem been fixed for you? Someone can guide me, thank you

    First thing I would do is check all cards are seated into the rack correctly, pull and reseat if necessary. Same with all the connection cables.

    The system bus is the CNC rack the cards are in.

    I was an Okuma service tech and yes, cards including the rack can fail.

    You know which card is defective with this access address: FC1000FC
