Is it possible to export part files so that for example LazyCAM would make more or less completed programs from them?

Yeah, you may export them into LazyCAM. But I doubt that LazyCAM will make more or less completed programs from these things. It’s possible within NX CAD/CAM. There’s a CAM mother part created for CAD mother, so that all children are provided with CAM.
