Pulsar - Stepper Driver for 4th Axis

I wanting to add a 4th axis to my Pulsar so I need to add a 4th axis stepper driver and noticed that Steppers On-Line sells the MA860H Driver for $56.23 vs the Leadshine MA860H driver from Novakon for $179 vs the 4th Axis Stepper Addon for $295. Does anyone know if the driver from Stepper's On-line are similar or perhaps even the same.
