Teometal which is the leader of the sector in Turkey, has been manufacturing beds for laser cutters since 2013. Up to date, over 2.000 beds have been manufactured, which are still in use. Teometal produces laser cutter beds with a special design registered as a utility model by Turkish Standard Institution. Those beds are designed for a variety of non-metal materials such as wood, plastics, leather, textile etc. Our company serves a wide range of customers from manufacturers to importers and services to users. Each bed is manufactured in desired dimension, height and cell sizes with two layers interlocking each other. These layers create a grid structure and protect the bed against any local deformations that may form. Besides, surface smoothness remains unchanged despite years of excessive usage and maintains its high quality cutting process for years. Instead of welding or bolts, pop-rivets are used for framing process which prevent any distortions on bed. Which is why custom made beds will fit well with the laser cutter.
TECHNICAL DETAILS
• Bed grid is made with 0.50 mm thickness galvanized sheet
• Cell sizes of bed grid can be adjusted in various options from 6 mm to 36mm. (6*6, 6*12, 12*12,.., 36*36)
• Tailor-made manufacturing with desired dimensions (Between 100mm and 6000mm)
• Frame heights in different options from 15mm to 50mm.
• Aluminium profile frame.
• Bottom of the laser cutting bed is reinforced with aluminium profiles
• Manufactured with no welding nor any bolt.
• For every order, products shipped with a special package made of MDF and wood to keep the bed safe.
