    Does your control support Mach3 backlash compensation?

    This is not a BOB, this is a motion controller. It generates STEP/DIR/ENABLE on out pins, so can be used with stepper or servodrives(STEP/DIR compatible, for example Purelogic servodrive PLD2080s). It can be connected to drives directly, but it's highly recommended to use a BOB like Purelogic PLC4x or PLC4x-G2.

    Yes, backlash support are implemented in PLCM.

    Functions of Mach are not supported listed below:
    1) Feedback through external encoders;
    2) Movement using MPG ports;
    3) Spindle control through Step/Dir
    4) Kinds of lathe work that requires synchronization with spindle

    We have no distributor in Germany at the moment, but you can send us an inquiry to info@purelogic.ru. We can arrange delivery by DHL.

    If you wouldn't install driver on motor case, i recommend to use the PLD545-G3 driver, its' fucntionality is better a little bit.

    It's also possible. But max pulsing freq. is 100kHz, so if you use 2500-point encoder, maximum speed you can get is 10 rps(600 rpm).
    In most cases to get good speed you should use servodrive's internal pulse mutiplier or encoder with 500 or 1000 points per turn.

    PLs note, PLCM does not process encoders' signals.
