My little Ibanez S470DXQM neck repair project

Hi,
The neck was broken in the headstock. Luckily no wound on the rest of the neck but the frets were weared down due to long time play. I made a simple fret press for the new stainless steel jumbo frets. Then pressed down all the new frets to position. Then I dressed them.

And I wanted to have the headstock with a new look.

I cut the logo from 1mm aluminium sheet with 1mm 3 flute end mill.

Today I epoxied the surface of the headstock. Now I need to wait some days to get the epoxy fully hardened. Then I'll sand the rest of the neck and apply a clear satin finish.
