    Did you notice the billet Dred Soundboard? on AGF site
    i don't know if i left any tracks with this.

    I was at AGF gaining knowledge. And giggling about the problems wood causes.
    This soundboard is the first patent submitted with integral structure, made from .250 billet to wood dimensions,

    What do you have for making Dred's ? I have soundboards ready and patent pending and one complete guitar on the road

    I can with 100% certainty tell you Taylor does not use 5 axis machines in their El Cajon plant.

    Same at Deering Banjo nearby.

    They are however, in the process of phasing in Haas machines. Bob's generosity is legendary. I can't think of another company where the founder will let you work on his shop floor and learn his processes.

    The factory is searching for tooling and programming talent locally here in san diego area.
