Default Oscillating Knife Cutting Offset Issue

    Hi All,

Recently we have been having some issues without our oscillating knife on our Multicam CNC flat bed router. We are are cutting into an acoustic PET panel using a standard round point blade and the cuts seem to be slightly offset from the toolpath. We have tried changing the direction between conventional & climb, having different results every time. This is causing challenges when trying to fit parts together as the cut out parts are always slightly different from the DXF. We are using Enroute 5.1 for all our nesting and tool setups.

The attached photos show an example of this. The distance between these two cuts should be 9.5mm, however after cutting, the distance between the first two cuts is 9mm and the distance between the second two cuts is 10.5mm.

We are scratching our heads as to why this is happening?

    Thank you.
