M3000 with M24 board not starting up

the pendant doesn't load when I power up, checked 5 volt,24 volt and 220 3 phase,
there are 2 red lights on the M24 board , on the top red light reads VERTEX and on bottom left a red light CTS,
I have gone thru the original schematics but cant find anything.
fan on spindle is on,fans inside cabinet are on, the inverter is not on,what should I check?

You could try opening MultiCam Motion Mechanic with the connected computer.
While the board is booting, it should output some startup info, and possible error messages there.

After connecting the COM port and opening the terminal, just press the little white button on the controller board (reset button).
