JobServer and Serial Port

Hi everyone,

I have a Multicam M1500 from around 2001, it work ok but i have a problem with the pc, it crashes a few days ago, an old Win98 system with Jobserver.

Im trying to install jobserver in a laptop with serial port and Windows 10, i have installed Multicam PSS 3.9 with Windows XP Service pack 3 compability and running as admin, the jobserver app connect with the controller but when i try to see the files in the EZ Controller the display say "Host Not Responding".

Anyone have some idea about what can be the issue??
