Default MultiCam SF serie problem with the speed?

    Hi
We have MultiCam sf serie running with LINUX CNC .
The problem is,when i send file from two different cam programs with the MC PP the shape wich i cut (circle) is not circle, happen something like octagon on speed 5000 mm/m ,when i put down the speed on less then 40 % from 200% the shape going much better but still not good.If i send same shape circle on 1000mm/m. is not perfect but is close enough. What your usual speed for cutting foamex or soft materials even acrilyc panels?Does somebody had this issue? Thanks.

Check to make sure your X & Y drive motors are properly engaged to the gears. The head should have no slack if pulled by hand. If gears are tight on the racks, the motor shaft may be slipping where it joins the gear reducer, or the encoders may be not reading properly.

    Hi Trevor.
When i cut some shape and i swing the file on 90 degr. the router repeat it bang on same no even micron difference. So that mean that all of the strukture is fine.
