I wouldn't think twice about paying that for a new OEM quality overlay for my KDM10. Maybe I'm the only one, but I'll put that out there. For several years now I've been thinking about how I could make a DIY replacement and it still looks pretty challenging to get the bumps in the right place and durable printing.
The fact that they don't sell these as replacement parts is just part of the package of horrible service that you sign up for when you buy a Multicam.
