Some machines have a "preview" mode, where you can see the code run but nothing actually happens. It sounds like your machine might be stuck in that state. See if you can find a way to kick it into "run" mode, or whatever MultiCAM calls it.
We have a Multicam 3000 series router with Enroute and Jobserver. Our old operator has moved on and the young guy is trying to get the machine up and running. He's able to send the file to the controller and execute dry runs where the machine executes the file. Once he tried running the actual file the machine moves to the start point for the first cut and then just hovers there with the spindle running. No error message given, it seems to think its executing the file. I verified the driver is the multicam GC driver. This one has me scratching my head. Any ideas? Wish I could isolate whether the issue is multicam or enroute even.

Sounds like you might be missing some setting in Jobserver.

Traveling until 3pm Eastern today....
I know this may seem simple, but, sometimes not over thinking the issue works and start with the basics. Did he properly set the "Surface & Max depth" on the table. That happens to me when I am moving too fast and forget to set max depth. it will hover the tool path by 5-6 inches.
