Dear please I need your help, then I explain the problem :

- Hydraulic failure alarm in full pallet change
- Machine lock, pallet remains in “pallet arm UP” position.

Operation status review:
- Machine was in normal machining work, when it performs automatic pallet change (M60), it throws low hydraulic oil level alarm, blocking the control. The operator fills up the tank and resets the machine, but it remains blocked in the "APC arm up" stage.
- An attempt is made to end the APC cycle, but when the hydraulic alarm is triggered, the reference points of the axes are lost. To finish the pallet change cycle, the Z, B, X and Z axes must be in the reference position (HOME 2), since it is not possible to move the axes to restore these machine points, the machine is blocked.

APC cycle manual movement
- Manual operation of the APC cycle in the “CUSTOM” function is checked, where it is not possible to perform the “APC arm down” function since the electrovalve of the “APC arm up” function is permanently activated, the electrovalve is manually activated, pallet lowers but When released, it automatically returns to the previous position.

CONCLUSIONS
Despite carrying out all the recommended tests to unlock the machine, it is not possible since the aforementioned functions (“APC arm up” and “pallet unclamp”) are activated logically (software) due to a sudden stop in the middle of the cycle ( APC change of pallet).
