Mori Seiki NVX 5100 II CNC Mitsubishi M730BM

First we started to turn on the A - axis. We didn't know how to use the axis and we tried to do the part in a different way, but know when we prepared the machine with the tools to use the milling machine in 3 axis the machine can t be used. It s working but when i press the start button nothing's happend. I understand that i need to put some parameters and to follow some steps but i m lost and my guy how is working with the machine can t start the production. Please if anybody knows how to put those parameters or which steps i need to follow to use the 4-th axis will save my day. Thanks !

Is this a Mori ddrt 4th axis? If so, the manual should be in the control, and it tells you exactly what parameters to change.

Yeah it s the mori with the 4th axis. I spoke with a guy from mori and he gave me the service manual. I have only the operator manual. The ideea is that i solved the problem but thank you for your answer !
