Mori Seiki NHX8000 tool magazine fault

We have had a problem with our nhx8000 magazine for a few days now. It is some how stuck (maybe in mid some operation) wont let us to run manually. It gives us alarm EX3207 in werkzeugwechsel -position (tool change position) Our magazine only speks german so not quite sure is that translation right.

Maintenance manual only guides us to run it manually and that we cant do so anyone have any suggestions what to do?
