Default SH-403 APC arm up at power on

I have a Mori Seiki SH-403 with a 2-station pallet changer. It has been sitting for some time and the pallet change times out before it rotates. The operator shut the machine down in this state. Now every time the machine is turned on, after full power up, the pallet changer arm goes to the up position. I've went into the setting page to manually operate the APC. It will rotate back and forth but won't allow arm to go down. It just flashes on the screen. It recognizes that it's in the up position and that the WSS is in home position and pallet is unclamped and it knows which station is in the machine. When the machine is powered off and hydraulic pressure dissipates the arm goes back down. But goes right back up at power on. Can anyone help?

As this post is dated back in June I am assuming you have the problem resolved but wanted to check. If the machine was powered down with the arm up the "arm up" memory data bit will be in the parameters and cause the arm to lift at power up. There are several ways to correct this but before we start a drawn out process I wanted to see if it was still an issue or not.

Thanks for replying. The issue has been resolved. I had to get a safety code from mori to allow me to unlock the APC.
