Mori Seiki SL-35 help
Good morning all, I have an SL-35 that is giving me fits....well probably more the incompetent repair company is giving me fits! I am hoping with some help I can trouble shoot this myself getting it back up and running. I attached an image of the alarm on the screen, the OT032 popped up after I unplugged the encoder cable to check continuity. we hired a repair company to help us, they came in, swapped the cables from the x axis to the z and the alarms followed the encoder, upon them telling us the encoder was defective we sent it off for repair, the repair company just emailed saying the unit tested fine and that nothing was wrong with it. Any suggestions? Encoder is good and cable tested good via continuity test, what is next?
