MORI SEIKI AL-2 YASNAC CONTROL CAN'T PULL DOWN TOOL SETTER ARM.

I'm a newbie and I don't have any manual of this lathe. I heard this machine had tool setter probe on it, but I don't know how to pull it down. Does anyone help me on this?

On my machine there is rotating crank which need to be rotate 90 degrees and than pull out the setter arm.The arm is located near the chuck :-)
