pcmdi language is in the book.
but no alarm laguages info.

its probably not documented because language is normally related to option parameters and there are related PMC parameters too, also not documented.

are you saying K35.4 and K35.5 are the correct PMC parameters to give English alarms?

I think my machine doesnt have English alarm.
but when I change K35.4 and K35.5 to (Zero) Japanese alarm doesn't appear. only EX number show in operator message.

Your machine may be different. Those parameters were from MSG-500 21iTA
Do you have the ladder diagram manual? The PMC parameters are listed at the back.

Dear sir we have mori seiki machine with same msg 500 21iTa control and we are facing problems with booting and we need msg 500 card backup so can you help us
