Moldmaking shop project managemnt

Hi everyone,
i run a mold shop in our plastic processing bussines and currently i am struggling with project management (app, software etc.) .
I tried few things but could get it to work well for my needs.
Idea is to have a platform where i can keep up with what is done, needs to be done, time frames etc, os that it can be available to see all around company (with quality control, production planners etc).
