Mitsubishi M64 issue at start up

I've been having an on going issue starting the machine and it seems to be getting worse. I have to turn the machine on and off until the Mitsubishi control loads up. See the pictures below. Anyone have any idea what the issue could be and how to resolve it. Machine is a Hartford VMC-1020 with Mitsubishi MWS-842 control running Windows 98
