Default Akira Seiki with Mitsubishi m70 Control

Hi, I have a akira seiki with Mitsubishi m70 Control, the machine will trip randomly and give an alarm of emergency stop, and every now and then will also say M1 H/W stroke ends axis exists 0006.
Has anyone encountered a problem like this?

Hi. I have almost the same problem with my Akira V5 XP 2009.
Random error codes on things that don´t exist.
I´ve heard that cleaning and isolating the wires beside the spindle motor will solve this.
I´ve did this to my Akira yesterday so i hope this solve it.
The cablepipe has to be oil approved.

I also drilled holes on some points so it want fill up with oil like it has been doing thru the years.

BTW, do you happen to have the wiring diagrams, lube and pneu?

I only have the Mitsu manuals.
